You as a Financial Analyst & Claims Coordinator will :
- Review of subcontractor prequalification applications to ensure submissions are complete. Liaise with subcontractors to obtain all required documentation. Provide preliminary assessment for SDI rating.
- Field and properly resolve subcontractor questions and problems regarding prequalification application issues.
- Provide accurate admin support by composing and editing a variety of documents (including but not limited to highly confidential correspondence (ie letters, emails, releases), agendas, presentations)
- Assist with the collection and preparation of claim documents for production
- Assembly of payment requisitions and confirmations
- Update internal claims tracking system; where necessary
