Heritage Community College is seeking a motivated and skilled Education Sales Consultant to join our team in Surrey, BC. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a strong background in sales. You will play a key role in converting student leads into admissions, helping prospective students navigate their educational journey while driving enrollment growth for the college.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students via tele-calling to promote college programs and services.
  • Convert leads into enrolled students by providing guidance through the admission process.
  • Build trusting relationships with potential students and their families.
  • Achieve enrollment targets using effective sales techniques.
  • Offer clear, accurate information about courses, fees, and admission requirements.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Demonstrated success in tele-calling and sales, ideally within the education sector.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attributes : Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability : Must be available to work full-time on-site at our Surrey, BC campus.
  • Education : Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, education, or a related field is an asset.
