We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead our Construction Department. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential construction projects, with an annual project value exceeding $25M.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, particularly in remote and challenging environments. Strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles are essential for success in this role.

Project Planning and Execution :
o Prepare RFQ documentation, review proposals, select winning proposals, and
award contracts.
o Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Coordinate with external contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and
efficient project execution.
o Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
o Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost
overruns.
o Actively work to reduce and manage risk on projects
Contingency Planning :
o Developing robust contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and
disruptions.
Financial Management :
o Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
o Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs.
o Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Stakeholder Management :
o Build strong relationships with members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project
progress and potential challenges.
o Resolve conflicts and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Quality Assurance :
o Enforce strict quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and
regulations.
o Implement quality assurance procedures to minimize defects and rework.
Safety and Compliance :
o Prioritize safety and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
o Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans for each project.
o Conduct regular safety training and inspections to ensure a safe work
environment.
