Job Summary
This role will manage the daily operations of the sales team; executing national programs and strategies, delivering sales growth and profitability targets, and identifying business development opportunities through the management of the Field Sales and Inside Sales team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and seamless order processing and delivery. Implement best practices for the team and act as an escalation point for customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results for channel revenue ($XM-YM), market share, and EBITDA ($XM-YM).
Identify risk and opportunities and escalate to Sales Manager as required.
Set monthly sales initiatives and focus areas for the Inside and Field sales team to execute national strategies provided by the Sales Manager;
including proactive customer service calls, territory coverage plans, consistent logging of information into Salesforce.
com, working with supply chain to sell through limited release, discontinued products, at risk inventory, etc.
Act as an escalation point on customer service issues, including collaborating internally with marketing, field sales, supply chain and operations, as well as our 3PL (external warehousing) and freight partners to solve issues and create best practices.
Manage the Inside Sales team with order entry and credit processing, ensure all accounts are set up and orders process correctly through the system, including maintaining open order reports.
Distribute daily and weekly sales reports to team.
Qualifications
College Diploma
3-5 years’ experience in customer service leading a team
3-5 years’ experience in sales
Strong computer literacy and proven problem solving and negotiation skills.
Driver’s license

COMPENSATION : Budgeted Range $77,42 - $100,198
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
