Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team in Canada . The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Develop detail specs and requirements including prototypes for client review and approval.
- Work closely with our UX / UI designer to create prototypes
- Perform design review meetings to validate requirements
- Create documentation on process and gap analysis, design of new functionality; and product testing.
- Work with the team to manage daily SCRUM meetings
- Develop Test / Acceptance Criteria for Sprints
- Define user stories and milestones for delivering project planning
- Complete integrated system testing when new features are implemented to validate acceptance criteria
- Manage communications between stakeholders including business development, operation team and clients
- Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in IT product management and / or business analysis
- 4+ years of experience working with API and SFTP integrations
- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Experience with application configuration within a project environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS
- Ability strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise and effective communication ability.
- Strong customer service work ethic and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Occasional (international) travel is a requirement for this position
