You’re on-site everyday at our Lesmill location.Key Responsibilities : Detailing with Purpose : Partner with the Sales, Estimating and Design teams to nail down exactly what’s needed for each job.Transform design concepts into detailed drawings that are both accurate and easy for the shop team to follow.Prepare comprehensive bills of materials for each job, ensuring parts are optimized for maximum yield.Spot potential risks—like timeline hiccups or budget surprises—and keep the Detailing Manager in the loop.Always be on the lookout for ways to make our processes faster, smarter, and more cost-effective.Use feedback from the Production team to continuously refine and improve production drawings, ensuring they reflect the most efficient construction methods.What You Bring :

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Solidworks.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong, productive relationships.
• Top-notch organizational skills and a knack for staying on top of multiple tasks.
