We are looking for keen, team-oriented experienced Sr. Accountant in our Assurance Group. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for delivering a range of public accounting services to our small business clientele.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Advising on solution focused recommendations to clientsBegin to lead and execute client engagements, specifically audits and reviewsAs needed, preparation of audit working papers, reviews, and compilation engagementsBegin to review small and medium engagementsResponsible for maintaining current client relationshipsObtain a basic understanding of our clients businesses and learn their best practicesRepresent us at client industry eventsEducation & Experience
2 to 4 years of progressive professional accounting experienceUnderstanding of accounting and auditing standards and principles, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environmentExperience leading and mentoring CPA studentsCPA designation or near completion of CPA Skills & KnowledgeBusiness acumenProven relationship builderExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft SuiteCulture, Perks and Benefits :
