Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Financial Analyst to join our team, dedicated to helping drive our financial strategy by analyzing and optimizing the financial factors that shape our business. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for cost reductions, value optimization, and providing clear, actionable recommendations that align with our overall goals. You will work closely with management, providing deep insights and data-driven suggestions on where to focus our efforts for the most impactful financial outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

  • Conduct thorough analyses of general and managerial accounting data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain financial models to project cash flow, operating costs, and revenue opportunities.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports to leadership, supporting data-driven decisions.

Budget Evaluation & Cost Optimization :

  • Assess budget performance across departments to identify areas for potential cost reductions or reallocation.
  • Propose cost-saving strategies without compromising productivity or quality, in collaboration with department heads.

    • Valuation & Strategic Recommendations :

  • Perform business valuations and assess financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and internal financial performance.

    • Engagement & Collaboration :

  • Work closely with managers and department heads, presenting financial insights and engaging in strategy discussions to help steer business direction.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that can be easily understood by non-financial team members.
  • Support leadership by delivering presentations that outline potential areas of focus and financial improvement.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or CPA designation is a plus.
  • Experience : 3+ years in financial analysis or a similar role, with proven experience in managerial and GA analysis.

    • Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and accounting tools.
  • Business acumen and a strategic mindset, with an eagerness to drive impactful change.

  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented, with a passion for digging deep into financial data.
  • Collaborative and approachable, able to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Innovative and proactive, with a desire to continuously improve processes and add value to the business.

    • Salary : $80,000- $85,000 Annually
