Now Hiring : Administrator, Sales Desk

The role of the sales desk administrator is primarily to review and process sales requests received internally and externally from our client's shareholders and legal representatives.

Key accountabilities :

Validate sale requests to ensure all endorsements and documents are included, prepare batches for processing and return process for items not in good order

Ensure that all sale request are executed within the applicable timelines

Create electronic production order in order to generate cheques following a sale order

Prepare and execute wires for settlement of sales order

Compile regular reporting on volumes

Perform maintenance on account such as address change.

Identify and inform the Supervisor of complaints as well as trends and opportunities to improve service levels, apparent by the nature and number of enquiries.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Keep operational procedures and guidelines up-to-date and enrich them whenever needed

Help further strengthen the risk framework by acting as first line of defense and implementing relevant controls

Help streamline the process flows and develop initiatives to increase the added value for the clients, their shareholders and the company

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Must Have :

High School diploma or equivalent experience

1-2 years experience in an office environment

Good knowledge of word, excel and google suite

Works well under pressure

Attention to detail and highly organized

Risk and continuous improvement mindset

This role is 5 days / week at the office
