Field Supervisor

The Cultivated Garden is a national award-winning Residential Garden Maintenance company located in Toronto. We are passionate about plants and working outdoors and are looking for like-minded team members to join us in the upcoming Season.

Role Description

The Supervisor's role is to provide supervision and leadership to crew members and timely communication with clients to maintain a particular list of properties to the highest of standards while ensuring all Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures are being followed. No Lawn Care, No Hardscaping.

Qualifications

• Certification in Horticulture and / or 5 years experience in a Supervisory role at a garden maintenance company
• Excellent knowledge of Ontario plant names and their culture
• Leadership, professionalism, respectfulness and the ability to boost morale
• Excellent and pro-active communication with clients - anticipating what is needed at each site and implementing it
• Excellent at seasonal containers
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to ensure every job and all reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to provide detailed training to all crew staff and strive for maximum efficiency while delivering the highest standard of work
• Compliance with Health & Safety standards and company's policies and procedures.
