What will your typical day look like?
The Technical Product Manager - HR Technology should have a strong background in HR technology and operations. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in implementing and managing HRIS and other systems across the employee lifecycle - such as acquisition, HR Service Delivery, and compensation management platforms.
They should be a skilled communicator with excellent project / program management skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of HR Technology
- Develop and maintain a multi-year HR Technology roadmap and digital transformation strategy
- Stay informed on industry and vendor roadmaps for awareness of HR Technology trends and impact on how our HR Business Partners and functions deliver HR services
- Advise HR leaders on innovative solutions to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to their HR function and business
- Manage HR projects / programs to scope, budget, and proactively manage risks
- Partner with other groups in Technology to deliver and manage HR Technology
- Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met, and key deliverables are accurate
- Manage HR technology vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Lead and facilitate the process to develop technology requirements using interviews, business process analysis, workshops, surveys, and use-case scenarios
- Lead a team of highly skilled HR Tech Analysts
- Translate project proposals into business use cases and project charters that clearly outline resource requirements, staffing needs, project costs, timelines, and business benefits to guide the completion of projects

You are someone with :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting HR systems
- 5+ years of experience in project / program management.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
- Superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment; ability to excel with minimum supervision
- 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
- Working knowledge of Human Resources / Employee Experience Processes
- Experience working with Human Resources Systems (i.e. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Service Center and portal solutions
- Experience with SAFe
