We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Personal Support Workers while also supporting our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor who specializes currently within their discipline to step into a business leadership role where flexibility and being a team player will be key. Closing the Gap is one of Ontario’s largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team. This is a contact role for one year, in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our St. Thomas office. With strong possibility to be extended in a permanent role.

You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

Skills needed for success :

Preferably a RN or RPN wih active registration and in good standing with college of nurses of Ontario

You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.

Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.

Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
