What you will be doing :
Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Care
- Responding to our top tier member requests and questions via email and phone, planning flawless experiences based on your recommendations
- Acting as their concierge prior to arrival, proactively building personalized travel by making recommendations and setting up on-site activities and services
- Anticipating the needs of our members, ensuring that their experience exceeds their expectations
- Taking care of our members during their stay, i.e. assisting with unanticipated travel delays, restaurant reservations, transportation etc.
- Accurately scheduling and dispatching tasks to ensure a seamless experience
- Researching, recommending, and fulfilling member requests while providing program benefit information and support

What you need to be successful :
Fluently bilingual (French / English) to a professional level is required as you will be communicating with top tier members verbally and in writing in both languagesExperience and / or Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre along with a passion for helping others will help you be successful in this roleYou can communicate professionally and warmly in both official languages with diverse individuals from around the globeYou are an organizer, and can demonstrate when you have prioritized, followed up and delivered on deadlinesYou can commit to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysYou are proficient with MS Office tools and can adapt to and learn new technologyLocation, Availability and Remote information :
Must be currently legally able to work full time in CanadaAble to commit to shifts including weekends, evenings and some holidaysThis is a full time, permanent career position, we do not offer part time or student positionsThis is a remote (work from home) role; you must reside in and be working from one of these Canadian provinces : NB, NS, PEI, Quebec, or the Ottawa region of OntarioHome Based only, training will be virtualMust have a direct connect high-speed internet connection (not wireless or satellite) and a suitable home office workspaceAdditional Information
