Our client, an industry leading Canadian distributor, is partnering with Charles Warren, of Lock Search Group, on a confidential search mandate to acquire a Vice President of Operations . This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day distribution and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement, as part of the executive leadership team reporting to the President.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an experienced executive to lead nationwide operational functions that are integral to their success. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple distribution centers / branches, 3PL service providers, logistics / fleet management, and health and safety programs to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and profitable growth. Reporting to senior leadership, the individual will drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, optimize processes, and strengthen overall performance. This is an onsite position, based East of the Greater Toronto Area, that will require approximately 30% travel to markets across Canada.
