We seek an experienced engineering professional dedicated to sustainability, innovation, and reducing carbon emissions!

Key Accountabilities :
Prioritize Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) in all activities.Lead internal engineering teams and manage external contractors, acting as the main contact during the preliminary design phase and assisting in contracting for subsequent phases.Ensure engineering progress and quality from all providers.Recruit and onboard technical staff as needed, review and approve designs, specifications, and equipment choices, and ensure solutions meet safety and efficiency standards.Resolve any project discrepancies.Liaise with contractors and suppliers, verify compliance with project specs and safety standards, and oversee quality control checks.Ensure project activities meet timelines and milestones, mitigate risks, address delays, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.Qualifications :
Education : Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.Experience : Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in engineering and management.Managerial skill set with experience in large-scale projects.Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)Remote / Onsite – must be willing to transition to an on-site work model as needed in the future.Interested in this position?
