Job description8-years’ experience within the inside cabling & office infrastructure industry; 3 years in a project management role with assertive estimating, management and sales experience. Project Management Designation preferred but not necessary. Proven experience in design, installation and troubleshooting of complex ICT Infrastructures. BICSI RCDD / RTPM® preferred or Technician ®(TECH™) Certification OR an Electrician / Engineer having Project Management experience with Inside Plant, Integrated Communications projects Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and staff as well as being an efficient team leader. Must be highly organized and able to work on several projects simultaneously; inclusive of large campus environments. Be able to pass a rigorous criminal background check & substance abuse test.

Consider a full-time opportunity working with Bermuda's Premier Information & Communications Technology & Integrated Security Solutions Specialist.
The role is highly diverse and includes but is not limited to the following :
- Primarily responsible for the overall management of Inside Plant ICT Projects (Structure Cabling for Physical Security, ELV, Audio Visual and much more) - responding to RFP / RFQs by performing site inspections, preparing tender documents and subsequently, managing the full-cycle of new ICT / Structured Cabling projects including but not limited to procuring, project management, installation, complete documentation and final handoff.
- Engage in sales opportunities by building an effective sales strategy based on the Company’s objectives; strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new client base through direct contact.
- Resource & time management by establishing departmental goals, forecasting and allocating resources.
- When necessary, perform field service activities involving the installation, maintenance and repair of various ELV infrastructures and related components.
- Assist with classroom along with on-the-job training, demonstrate leadership by founding a positive working environment and mentoring employees
- Will be required on occasion to work extended hours and / or weekends to comply with project timelines and support emergency situations.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Very competitive remuneration paid in USD equivalent. Bermuda’s tax rate is normally within the 6-9% range. Relocation and assistance with initial settling-in is provided!
