Position : Software Developer - Front End
Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration : Days Contract + Possible Extension
Job Description :
Experience and Skill Set Requirements :
The consultant must have the following number of years’ experience with the tools and / or products :
- Java +
- Oracle C or higher +
- DB SQL including DB Objects such as Tables, Views, Sequences, Store Procedure, Functions, Triggers Years +
- Angular JS v+ - +
- Javascript - +
- Typescript - +
- HTML , CSS - +
- Node such as NPM - +
- RXJS - +
- Spring Framework (MVC, Security, JPA, Boot)
- WebSphere or higher +
- Java Development IDE Tools : Eclipse, IBM RAD, IBM RSA +
- Bitbucket +
- Experience with AODA / WCAG AA a must
- Experience with Responsive Web application development
- Experience using Azure DevOps -+
The consultant who have any of these are a plus :
- REST API
- Hibernate / JPA
- Maven
- Knowledge of security gateways and protocols (JWT, , SSL Certificates)
- Solid Understanding of Agile
- Object Oriented coding practices, including design patterns knowledge, refactoring, clean code.
- Knowledge of major architectures style (message oriented, reactive, event based)
- Rest API design and implementation (load balancing, discovery, resiliency)
Java language knowledge and experience :
- years of demonstrated experience with the use of Java language
- Java Development IDE Tools : Eclipse, IBM RAD, IBM RSA +
- WebSphere or higher +

Technical Skills :
