Job description

Taylor Ryan is currently seeking multiple Project Managers in the Edmonton Market. Our clients are reputable General Contractors looking for people to join their growing teams. We have openings for both Multifamily and Commercial projects, so we'd love to speak with you, regardless of your expertise.

What You'll do :

Work on commercial or multi-family projects with new buildings or tenant improvements.

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenditures.

Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.

What Our Client is Targetting :

5 - 15+ years of Construction Project Management experience

Experience working on Commercial projects, ranging in value from $1 - $50 million.

Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred
