If this sounds like you, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The Recruitment Consultant Bilingual role at Fidelity Canada is integral to attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a diverse talent pool that contributes to our business success.
What You Will Do :
You will be responsible for leading the internal and external recruiting process by providing efficient and creative recruiting solutions that result in the onboarding of dedicated Fidelity team members.

- Create and implement a targeted sourcing plan to proactively source strong candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.)
- Assess talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and implement appropriate recruitment and selection strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
- Recruit talent for all functional business teams within all Fidelity group of companies within Canada and at all levels.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition coordinators who lead the administration and coordination tasks related to recruitment.
- Contribute to important projects and initiatives to advance the talent acquisition function.
What We’re Looking For :
- 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter preferably within a corporate environment.
- Bilingual in French / English is required.
- Experience in the financial services industry would be considered an asset.
- Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation is an asset.
