We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a great team in central Mississauga. You must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills.
You don't need industry experience, but if you're comfortable working in a more blue-collared environment, that would certainly be an asset!

Advantages
Salary range between 55k-65k, depending on experience
Monday- Friday work week
Hours of work between 8am-430pm

Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping, guidelines and products, including updating them on ETAs
Responsible for servicing clients by phone and email in both an inbound and outbound capacity
Follow up on open orders with clients
Enter new orders into the system
Make sure any issues are flagged and communicated in a timely manner
Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience in an office or industrial environment
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
Social media experience would be a strong asset
