Mechanical Technician

Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute and Close-Out Maintenance Work Order.
- Perform Maintenance Scheduling.
- Perform Equipment Initial Maintenance Evaluation.
- Reconcile Post Job Resources.
- Dispose Equipment.
- Work independently under minimal supervision on customer equipment.
- Perform dismantle, inspection, assembly, and testing of various types of valve assemblies.
- Responsible to support a continuous improvement culture, attend training programs, & initiatives.
- Actively engaged in a safe work environment as well as participate in a HSE culture (training, safety observations system, daily safety meetings)
- Responsible to implement reliability practices.
- Responsible for daily inspections of equipment, regular upkeep of various shop tools, reporting and scheduling of equipment in need of regular maintenance / repair.
- Responsible for a clean work area, care of and maintain hand tools.
- Utilize maintenance business systems to reach full cost, time, and equipment traceability for maintenance performance (movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain).
- When relevant participate to failure investigations
- Follow fixed-step training program and ensure his / her training is on schedule and accurately recorded.
Minimum Job Qualifications
