Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute and Close-Out Maintenance Work Order.
• Perform Maintenance Scheduling.
• Perform Equipment Initial Maintenance Evaluation.
• Reconcile Post Job Resources.
• Dispose Equipment.
• Work independently under minimal supervision on customer equipment.
• Perform dismantle, inspection, assembly, and testing of various types of valve assemblies.
• Responsible to support a continuous improvement culture, attend training programs, & initiatives.
• Actively engaged in a safe work environment as well as participate in a HSE culture (training, safety observations system, daily safety meetings)
• Responsible to implement reliability practices.
• Responsible for daily inspections of equipment, regular upkeep of various shop tools, reporting and scheduling of equipment in need of regular maintenance / repair.
• Responsible for a clean work area, care of and maintain hand tools.
• Utilize maintenance business systems to reach full cost, time, and equipment traceability for maintenance performance (movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain).
• When relevant participate to failure investigations
• Follow fixed-step training program and ensure his / her training is on schedule and accurately recorded.
