Our Assistant Manager is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks :

• Managing a staff of approximately 6-10 team members.
• Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service and product quality.
• Training and monitoring staff on daily store operations.
• Performing opening & closing duties.
• Assisting the Store Manager with clerical duties - inventory, daily paperwork, customer communications, etc.
• Performing regular shift operations - taking orders, prepping, cooking, taking payments, etc.
• General tidiness of the store.
