Role Overview
We are excited to introduce a new leadership opportunity as Director, Credit Card Products & Portfolio Growth , reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Product. This pivotal position will oversee the development, launch, and optimization of our credit card offerings, driving profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction through strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and performance.
The role will manage product development, market expansion, and end-to-end P&L oversight, collaborating closely with stakeholders across risk, legal, finance, technology, and marketing. Additionally, it will involve nurturing strategic partnerships and leading innovation to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive market.
What will you be doing?
Lead the creation, launch, and evolution of new credit card products from ideation to market entry;
Drive the achievement of growth targets and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (internal and external) to ensure smooth operations, sustainable growth, and strategic alignment.
Own and drive credit card receivables growth objectives.
