Position Reporting To – Brand Marketing Manager
Location : Brampton, ON (3 days in office)
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional marketing channels in North America. This role will also require an analytical mind to conduct campaign analysis and research market trends across the tire and auto category, as well as other relevant industries, to inform and support targeting and segmentation strategies. The Marketing Specialist will also play a leading role in developing marketing assets such as catalogues and presentations to support the sales teams and our customers.
What You’ll Do
Core Competencies
Proven brand marketing experience with a strong understanding of creative implementation and brand consistency.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
Exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs and trends and pivot quickly as priorities change.
Proficiency in project management tools (ie. Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp etc.) is highly preferred and familiarity with these platforms is an asset
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive working cross functionally.
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with various cross-functional teams.
