WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a professional customer service / hospitality focused environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
- Passion for working with and collaborating with a team.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
Our Resident Services Specialists are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all residents and fostering the Story Brand culture. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.
