Join Our Award-Winning Firm as an Office Administrator

We are an award-winning, rapidly growing bookkeeping and business management firm. We are looking for the right person to fill this newly created position. You are driven, accountable, and eager to provide top notch services in a friendly and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Administration :  Manage day-to-day office tasks, prepare client reports for signature, prepare checklists to ensure client admin deadlines are met, order office and snack station supplies
  • Executive Assistant :  Work with client manager on maintaining and updating operations manuals, schedule appointments, plan and organize team events / training, assist owner with as needed tasks
  • Client Collaboration :  Follow up on outstanding client tasks, assist clients with admin requests, gather source documents for TMB team members

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience :  Minimum 2+ years current Canadian full-time experience as a office administrator or executive assistant
  • Business Communications :  Skilled in professional business communications, with a focus on client-centered service to building strong relationships.
  • Language :  Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Technical Skills :  High proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Docusign.
  • Attention to Detail : Highly organized, minimal to no errors (ability to self-check work), able to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently.
  • Time Tracking :  Experience in recording billable hours is ideal.
  • Adaptable & Reliable :  Ability to adapt to changing client needs and team requests with dependable reliability.

  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be located in Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
  • Must have permanent residence status.
