You’ll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills.So, if you’re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match.Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience B2B, and working closely with the Advisor, Digital Experience, the Specialist, Digital GTM is responsible for the execution and optimization of the online customer journey for go-to market initiatives.We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, data-oriented, and self-motivated individual who will help us get to the next level. If this is you, please read on to learn more!Your roleMaintain the weekly brief for homepage changes

Manage the execution of online-only events, making sure the customer journey is optimized for maximum impact.

Develop a GTM plan and strategies of online events

Coordinate timelines, planning, and distribution of work and ensure quality control of projects

Prepare creative briefs for the studio and other marketing support teams

Make recommendations to increase sales in order to meet objectives

Stay abreast of trends, competitive activities and offer recommendations.

Create post mortems to analyze past promotions and optimize future ones

Manage and coach a team of coordinators

The qualifications we are looking forUniversity degree in Marketing or Administration, or any other form of experience and study deemed equivalent

At least 4 to 5 years of experience in GTM and execution of online events

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce

Experience in B2B retail (an asset)

Organizational skills, rigour, autonomy, and attention to detail

Experience in managing a team

Strong aptitude for team work

Excellent ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects at once
