Building Maintenance Clerk

Responsibilities

• Help in Lighting work (neon replacement, bulbs, etc.)
• Help in Plumbing work (unclogging drains, replacing toilet parts)
• Inspections according to the planning of fire extinguishers, emergency showers, first aid kits, drains, lighting.
• Keep consumable inventory for mechanics.
• Transport and replacement of HVAC filters.
• Help mechanics with simple tasks.
• Accompany external companies during interventions.
• Other related tasks.

Requirements : High school diploma

Good physical condition

Good work ethics

Functional knowledge and ability to speak French.
