Job Description

• Ensures that security operations occur consistent with policies and procedures
• Supervises, coaches and develops assigned staff.
• Assesses the criticality and impact of incidents, works closely with other stakeholders and takes action to mitigate business impact.
• Serves as the principle point of contact with public safety agencies attending in response to emergency situations.
• Identifies security awareness deficiencies and makes recommendations as appropriate.
• Effectively communicating job expectations to staff
