Customer & Technical Support Representative

We have five open positions for individuals who excel in problemsolving and are eager to provide toptier remote technical support. This role is essential in ensuring minimal customer downtime by diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues using advanced tools like CareAR and remote desktop solutions.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $17.50.
12month contract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule between 8 : 00 am and 10 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :
Provide an excellent customer experience using strong listening skills empathy and urgency.
Diagnose and resolve customer hardware software and networking issues at first contact using advanced troubleshooting tools.
Proactively communicate the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues remotely.
Manage and resolve customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues as needed.
Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers.
Execute processes unique to major account customers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Provide feedback on policies and procedures to improve the customer experience continuously.
Maintain uptodate product and software knowledge.
Focus on performance by delivering great experiences and making informed business decisions.
Represent the company in a friendly professional and ethical manner.
What you will need to succeed :
Postsecondary education is an asset.
Technical support experience is an asset.
Prior support center experience is not required.
Strong problemsolving skills with experience troubleshooting technology such as gaming consoles mobile devices software computers and printers.
Excellent communication skills listening written and verbal.
Critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.
Selfmotivated with a strong commitment to achieving results.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
