What you can expect :

As an Implementation Project Manager at Amilia, you will lead strategic client projects from initial service estimates to project closeout, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation. This role demands strong project leadership and business acumen to manage multiple customer-facing projects while simultaneously participating in internal initiatives.

You will develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects align with client expectations and company goals. You will monitor progress, proactively address challenges, and foster a collaborative environment to deliver value, enhance client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in implementation processes.

You will be responsible for :

Implementation Project Management and Delivery

Lead and manage large, complex implementation projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, effort estimates, and risk management strategies, while proactively updating all stakeholders to ensure a clear communication plan.

Coordinate and align the Training & Implementation and Data Services teams with project goals and timelines, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to tailor implementation solutions to client needs.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.

Foster an environment of open communication and innovation within project teams.

Service Delivery & Internal Process Improvement

Continuously assess and improve implementation processes for enhanced efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to identify and implement best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and capture feedback from implementation projects to work with Product teams on prioritizing improvements.

Provide Sales with insights to aid future project planning and ensure project readiness, while maintaining up-to-date documentation of processes for the Project Management team using Confluence.

What we want from you :

3 to 5 years of project management experience, focusing on SaaS applications and customer software implementations.

Proven experience managing complex projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, with strong project management skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship-building, along with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Bilingual (French and English), oral and written, with a strong leadership ability to inspire project teams and align project goals with corporate strategy.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, along with a flexible approach to adapting project management methods as needed.
