Employment Type : Full-Time Permanent
Salary Range : $75K - $85K per year
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete employee life cycle : onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, effectively resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.
- Support recruitment during peak hiring periods.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Identify and implement process improvements for streamlined HR operations.
- Flexible to support recruitment efforts when required.
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a high-growth environment.Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.Proven experience managing HR in a large, dynamic workforce.Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability.What We Offer :
