We're seeking Contact Centre Representatives to join our client in Acheson.What We Offer :

What You'll Do :
Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily, aiming to meet or exceed the target of 80-120 calls per day.Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support to resolve issues effectively.Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account-related items.Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.Strong listening skills and phone etiquette.Our team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
