Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and manage all sales-related transactions using Business Central software , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier records in the system.
  • Handle sales order processing , ensuring all orders are correctly entered and fulfilled.
  • Generate and verify invoices , ensuring all billing details are correct and completed on time.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing emails, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels , ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Support the credit and collections process by monitoring outstanding payments and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline order processing and resolve any issues .
  • Maintain sales reports and documentation , ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Prior experience in sales administration, invoicing, or order processing is an asset.
