Job Description : Job Summary

This position ensures UPS facility and vehicle fleets are kept clean and positively represent UPS when in service. He / She washes vehicles on a daily basis using necessary tools and equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Drives UPS delivery trucks through carwash.
• Learns and properly executes UPS safe driving methods.
• Cleans inside of UPS delivery trucks thoroughly.

Qualifications :

Minimum 18 years of age

Valid Ontario G / G2 Driver’s License

Clean Driver’s Abstract showing :

1) No violations for the current year (last 12 months) and no more than 2 violations for the previous 3 year period (last 36 months);

2) No accidents and maximum 5 demerit points for the previous 3 year period (last 36 months)

Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles

Tractor-trailer experience (would be considered an asset)

Compensation and Benefits :

15.00 / hr and automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement

Shift Schedule :

Monday - Friday (availability to work all 5 days)

06 : 00 PM - 11 : PM (3- 5 hours, flexibility in start and end time maybe required)
