Job Title : Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The Associate Warehouse Worker will be responsible for processing tool returns, including scanning tools / items, filling out correct information in the SAP system, and using a nail gun to decommission tools. Additionally, the role involves the preparation and shipping of outbound parcels, receipt of inbound products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process tool returns by scanning items and filling out information in SAP system.
  • Use a nail gun to decommission tools by shooting a nail into them.
  • Prepare and ship outbound parcels.
  • Receive inbound products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations neat and orderly.
  • Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with picking and material handling.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and forklifts.
  • Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment and load / unload trucks.
  • Computer proficiency, especially with SAP software and Microsoft Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage inventory.
  • Experience using a nail gun.
  • Ability to perform regular heavy lifting of 10-50 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a temperature-controlled warehouse. The workshop environment is subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles. The warehouse / shop is well-kept. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 am to 4 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and an unpaid lunch.

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
