Services include application rationalization, consulting, end user empowerment, Power Platform COE, and ad-hoc support.

Role Description

This is a 6-month contract role for a Microsoft D365 Contact Center Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for IVR implementation, communication strategies, customer service optimization, workforce management, and consulting services within the contact center environment.

Qualifications

  • Consulting experience in contact center environments
  • Experience with provisioning different communication channels in D365 Contact Center
  • Certifications in relevant CRM technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
