Responsibilities

As an ERP Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the implementation of a modern and efficient ERP solution, in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, while maximizing the value brought to the business.

  • Manage the ERP implementation project in collaboration with the Finance and IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze user needs and propose adapted solutions to optimize accounting and financial processes.
  • Coordinate the various project stakeholders (internal teams, consultants, integrators) and ensure compliance with deadlines and budget.
  • Accompany the change by training and supporting the Finance & Accounting teams in the adoption of the new tool.
  • Manage testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the system after implementation.

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ERP project management (ideally SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday...).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Excellent coordination, communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment.
