What We're Looking For :

We're currently seeking an ambitious Accounting Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Specialist, this role involves overseeing various initiatives such as invoicing, payments, bank deposits, reconciliations, and general finance and clerical duties. The position will also involve taking on additional responsibilities during a parental leave period starting in October.

You have exceptional attention to detail, catching errors and discrepancies with precision.
Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills are your strengths.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude, capable of working cross-functionally.
3-4 years of experience in accounting, with the ability and readiness to take on more responsibility.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred- Must Have

Experience with accounting software; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar tools preferred.

Previous experience in the logistics industry is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Bonus Points :

Experience with Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable.

Knowledge of financial reporting processes and reconciliation.
