Tasks

  • Accurately input and update product data into the company database ensuring all information aligns with current inventory and product specifications.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies by comparing data entered with source documents identifying and resolving any inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized files and records of completed work to ensure easy retrieval and reference for future tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry processes are efficient and contribute to improvements in data management systems.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries of data as needed by management ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional data entry certification or experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small dedicated team.
