Job Title : Marketing Coordinator

Reports to : Director of Sales

Job Overview : As a Marketing Coordinator at Holman you will play a crucial role in the development & execution of our marketing strategies. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an interesting custom design & manufacturing environment. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, supporting sales efforts, and driving brand development.

Key Responsibilities :

1.    Social Media Management : Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.

2.    Photography / Videography : Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing materials and social media.

3.    Email & Mail Marketing : Develop and execute email & mail marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

4.    Graphic Design : Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

5.    Content Creation : Write and edit compelling social media posts and other marketing collateral.

6.    Branding Execution : Ensure consistency across all marketing efforts, adhering to brand guidelines and enhancing brand identity.

7.    Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and sales objectives.

8.    Social Committee : Lead an employee committee in the organization and coordination of Holman team events.

9.    Health & Safety :

  • Complete the appropriate Health and Safety Training as required throughout your career.
  • Ensure the health and safety of any visitors you may bring to the workplace by reviewing relevant procedures and providing appropriate personal protective equipment for operational workspaces.
  • Act as a role model in the demonstration of positive health and safety behaviours at work.
  • Identify and report any health and safety concerns or incidents to your supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Must have driver’s license and access to vehicle to drive to on-site locations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
