Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Advisor to partner with the business and HR Business Partners in support of implementation of HR Products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business and HR Business Partners in support of implementation of HR products and solutions
- Advise, coach & develop managers in the management of employee matters - employee performance, conduct case and concerns (grievances), terminations
- Develop guides & training packs to support the upskilling of managers in handling of employee related matters
- Build relationships with other HR teams (such as talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, HR advisory and HRS)
- Assist with HR project management and employee level execution for transformation projects and organizational changes
- Carry out HR programs, including but not limited to : Performance, Rewards, and Trainings for the organization
- Provide support for integrations as needed
- Manage low complexity employee investigations or inquiries
- Lead on the end-to-end execution of org or terms and conditions changes for designated client area Assess employee performance and culture challenges or development needs, recommend solutions, and mentor managers on efficiency
- Communicate and mentor managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Collaborate with the business and serve as key lead on reporting, analysis and insights as key HR programs are implemented, such as our pay and performance review process and employee engagement survey
- Support transformation projects and organizational changes with data analysis, project management and execution of implementation plans with leaders and employees
- Deliver thorough data analysis and reporting solutions to guide decision-making
- Guide onboarding and offboarding; identify strategic workforce trends
Qualifications
Professional certification in HR preferred (PHR, SPHR)5+ years HR generalist experience preferredBachelor’s degree in HR or related business field preferredWide-ranging HR background required– demonstrable experience leading sophisticated situations, creative problem-solving and strong influencing skills in a matrixed environment. Must have outstanding judgement and discretionStrong employee relations experience with issues specific to performance management and leaves of absenceMentoring and counseling at manager and employee level experience requiredExperience conducting workplace investigations, demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems / causes, and recommend actions to resolution in partnership with LegalProven track record of building positive relationships, based on trust and credibility, both within the Business and HRAbility to lead and make decisions independently is expectedExperience supporting multiple organizations and HR partners preferredAbility to meet deadlines, run shifting priorities with a sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines is neededProject management skills and superior organization skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredUser level knowledge of HR Systems is essential – Workday experience a plusFacilitation skills desiredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
