Spa Operator

Manoir Hovey, a 5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the shores of Lake Massawippi, is looking for a Spa Operator.

Under the direction of the Spa Operations Supervisor, the Spa Operator's main duties will be to :

Ensure that the site is kept clean

Respect the water quality standards of the pools

Verify the equipment of the Spa and make necessary follow-ups if there are anomalities

Open and / or close the site and facilities

Ensure locker rooms are properly stocked

Provide support to his team as needed to ensure the smooth running of operations

Perform regular tours of the site to ensure compliance with regulations and site safety while providing exemplary customer service

Prepare the material necessary for the maintenance of the Spa pavilion

Clean the bathrooms, locker rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, etc.
