In this role you will :
- Work closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure customer service requests are met effectively, and efficiently
- Visit job sites to repair and replace Loewen windows, doors, and parts as required
- Provide installation and service expertise for dealers and homeowners
- Partner with the Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Advisors, providing technical support and suggested product improvements
- Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Be willing to travel throughout the surrounding area or as needed, coordinating and scheduling travel and accommodations when required
To be successful in the role you will have :
- Previous experience in the window and door industry preferred, however, open to training a candidate whose relatable skills, experience and fit align with the role
- Experience in construction, building materials, or similar field preferred
- Technical literacy to interpret window, door, and construction drawings and instructions
- Customer focused service, with the goal of a completely satisfied customer
- Enthusiasm for problem solving
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be safety minded and detail oriented
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- A valid passport
