Responsibilities
1. Financial & Accounting Operations
Lead billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure accurate and timely financial transactionsOversee daily accounting functions including expense management, accounts payable, and reconciliationsDesign and enforce internal controls to uphold financial integrity and complianceWork with external accounting firms to optimize tax strategies and ensure accurate filings2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Deliver insightful financial reports to guide leadership decision-makingPerform financial analysis to assess profitability, operational efficiency, and business trendsProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize financial performance3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead corporate budgeting processes, collaborating across departments for accuracyDevelop and refine financial forecasts to adapt to changing business dynamicsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial accountability across teams4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance
Enhance financial processes and best practices for efficiency and scalabilityStay ahead of government regulations and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities to leverage government incentives and tax benefitsQualifications :
3+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting SpecialistCPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation requiredStrong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and complianceProficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial toolsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionallyAbility to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentCompensation & Package :
Base : negotiable base - they are open to seeing salaries at all level as long as you can justifyBonus : individual and corporate performance driveBenefits : Covered 100% for individual - dependants requires some contributionVacation : up to 3 weeks + last week of December and first week of January full off
