Customer Service Specialist

Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been led by the Oland family since 1867.We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and work in our Moosehead Cold Beer Store in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work weekend mornings, or evenings (until midnight), and occasional weekday evening shifts; approximately 15+ hrs / week.Customer Service Specialists are responsible for educating our customers about beer and our products, serving customers in our retail store and drive thru, and selling Moosehead merchandise. The successful candidate will be required to operate a forklift when needed. Our employees receive extensive training on beer styles, the brewing process and Moosehead's history upon hire.
