What the Customer Service Student role is about :

The Customer Service Student will be responsible for managing inside sales activities for milk and ice cream customers.

Call customers to presell orders

Prepare sales documents and assist customers where needed

Maintain sales and inventory reports

Create a customer centric experience; dedication to providing the highest quality services which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers

What you need to be a Customer Service Student :

Current enrollment in post-secondary school

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Great customer service skills and communication

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work
