We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team and make a significant impact by generating leads and sales opportunities.
Salary : TBC (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission

Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will :
Generate new sales opportunities via phone, social media, and personalised emailsQualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipelineEnhance CRM data quality by accurately logging all prospect engagementsWrite detailed reports for booked opportunitiesRepresent Punch! and our clients professionally in all communicationsParticipate proactively in team-building incentivesWhat We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have :
Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead GenerationExcellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situationsProficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus)Experience using G-SuiteStrong active listening skills to assess prospects' needs effectivelyExcellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilitiesThe ability to build strong relationships with team members and external clientsAmbition, self-motivation, and eagerness to progress in a sales careerPotential for future leadershipWe provide the the following benefits :
