The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team and make a significant impact by generating leads and sales opportunities.

Salary : TBC (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will :

  • Generate new sales opportunities via phone, social media, and personalised emails
  • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Enhance CRM data quality by accurately logging all prospect engagements
  • Write detailed reports for booked opportunities
  • Represent Punch! and our clients professionally in all communications
  • Participate proactively in team-building incentives
  • What We're Looking For

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience using G-Suite
  • Strong active listening skills to assess prospects' needs effectively
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
  • The ability to build strong relationships with team members and external clients
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and eagerness to progress in a sales career
