Project Accountant - CONSTRUCTION or REAL ESTATE :

TORONTO

• Manage project billing, subcontractor invoices, and client billing packages.
• Ensure compliance with invoicing terms, Construction Act requirements, and contracts.
• Oversee purchase orders, change orders, and financial reporting across platforms (Maestro / Textura / Procore).
• Support Project Managers with financial tracking, budget monitoring, and cost reporting.
• Assist with invoice adjustments, accounts receivable, and financial documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with project teams and attend billing meetings.
