Your Role : Public Sector Account Executive

As an Account Executive for the Public Sector , you will play a crucial role in expanding Triton’s presence within government agencies and first responder organizations. Your expertise in B2B sales and relationship-building will help clients enhance their hiring and background screening processes.

What You’ll Do :

  • Proactively generate leads through self-prospecting and internal campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with first responders and government entities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct engaging demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective clients across North America
  • Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the decision-making process
  • Utilize HubSpot and other technologies to manage and track sales activities
  • Collaborate effectively within the sales team and across departments
  • Navigate complex corporate and government structures with ease.
  • Identify and pursue RFP opportunities to expand our reach.

What You Bring :

Education : Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree

Experience : 5-10 years of experience as a B2B Account Executive

Skills :

  • Proven success in public sector sales
  • A coachable mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • A background in selling Human Resource Software (is an asset
  • Must be able to commute to both our offices for meetings as needed
